In 2004, Boss Equities and its affiliates entered into contract to purchase this site in the heart of the Jamaica Avenue retail corridor. The company was attracted to the site's high pedestrian traffic, strong demographics, and nearby subways. The partnership repositioned the retail and subsequently leased the space to national tenant, Sleepy’s. Some of the area retailers include Marshalls, Raymour & Flanigan, Cookies, T-Mobile, Planet Fitness, and many others.
