Boss Equities acquires underperforming or undeveloped retail assets including stand-alone retail, retail condos, or mixed-use properties. The company pursues premier urban retail on the very best corridors in NYC and other major markets. Boss Equities' goal is to maximize each property by analyzing the surrounding neighborhoods to understand the building’s needs in order to ensure it’s highest and best use.

The company focuses on the construction of niche office product (80K SF or less) as well as the rehabilitation of boutique office buildings. Boss Equities' goal is to take underutilized office assets and reposition them by renovating the facade, lobby, or common areas to maximize rents.
