1694 Church Ave. is a leasehold that was executed by Boss Equities and its partner Wharton Properties in 1999. The building is located in the Flatbush section of Brooklyn and right next door to Bobby’s, a neighborhood-favorite department store. With over 60 feet of frontage and over ~10K SF of retail, the partnership was able to sublease the space at a premium to CVS, who signed on to rent the entire building via a long-term net leasehold.
