In 2007, Boss Equities and its affiliates entered into contract with Cumberland Farms to purchase a development site on a quaint corner in Boston’s Allston neighborhood. The site, which was previously an old gas station, was ripe for a mixed-use development. After acquiring the site, the partnership began development on a ~30K SF retail and office building and subsequently signed leases with major national retailers such as Urban Outfitters, and Petco Unleashed.
