In the summer of 2016, Boss Equities, along with its partner Real Estate Equities Corp., entered into a 99-year leasehold for the former site of Harlem’s historic Lenox Lounge. The leasehold was a prime development opportunity across from the newly constructed Whole Foods - on the corner of 125th and Lenox. The new plans called for approximately 3,300 SF of retail at grade with another ~14K SF of prime boutique office space above. In early 2018, Boss Equities, along with its partners, leased the entire ground floor and basement retail to Wells Fargo, who took over possession Q3 2018. Shortly thereafter the entire office space above was leased to The Visiting Nurse Services, and Child Mind Institute. Two strong and very successful non profit tenants.

In early 2019 after successfully executing it’s business plan the partnership sold the building to a seasoned local real estate investor, providing significant returns for itself and it’s investors.

Neighboring retail tenants include Bed Bath & Beyond, Burlington, American Eagle, and Sephora.
