In late 2012, Boss Equities entered into long-term net lease agreement for a redevelopment opportunity on the bustling NYC block of 125th St. Situated directly across from Harlem USA and Magic Johnson Theater, the site consisted of ~25K SF of prime retail and office space in the heart of Harlem’s biggest shopping corridor. Prior to construction, the company partnered with experienced NYC developer, Real Estate Equities Corp. The partnership conducted a full building renovation, including a new facade, lobby, and elevator, in addition to adding a new floor of offices, which was then leased entirely to The College of New Rochelle. International brand, Beleza Natural, occupies the ~4,500 SF ground floor.
