In 2006, Boss Equities and its affiliates entered into contract to purchase a single-story building on a retail-driven street in Bayonne, NJ. Following the purchase, the company leased the ~2,500 SF store to national chain, Sleepy's. Upon executing its strategy and increasing the value of the building, the company sold the building in 2008. Neighboring retailers include Footlocker, Garden City Community Bank, Boost Mobile,
