In 2004, Boss Equities and its affiliates purchased and redeveloped a relatively small 8,400 Square Foot retail strip center in a quiet neighborhood in central New Jersey. After repositioning the asset and tenanting up the building, the partners sold the asset to a local landlord. Current tenants include 7 Eleven, Great Clips, and Little Caesars.
