In the summer of 2016, Boss Equities, along with its partner Real Estate Equities Corp., entered into a 99-year leasehold for the former site of Harlem’s historic Lenox Lounge. The leasehold was a prime development opportunity across from the newly constructed Whole Foods-on the corner of 125th and Lenox. The new plans called for approximately 3,300 SF of retail at grade with another ~14K SF of prime boutique offices above. In early 2018, Boss Equities, along with its partners, leased the entire ground floor and basement retail to Wells Fargo, who will be taking over possession Q3 2018. Neighboring tenants include Bed Bath & Beyond, Burlington, American Eagle, and Sephora.
